Timpanogos Symphony Orchestra Volunteers are vital. If you have the time, energy, and desire to help the TSO as we grow, we could use your help! Volunteers can help fill the following needs:

Concert Night

• Unloading food and equipment for pre- and post-concert receptions two and a half hours before concert time

• Setting up pre-concert reception tables, chairs, and refreshment tables

• Ushering inside the auditorium, at the entrance doors, and outside to assist patrons as they enter and exit

• Taking down reception tables and chairs and packing up reception items

• Staffing membership and ticket tables

Anytime

• Making phone calls to members and answer questions about tickets

• Stuffing and addressing envelopes for mailings

• Distributing posters in assigned locations two or three weeks prior to concerts

• Working with a youth volunteer organization

• Selling ad space in the program to TSO supporters in the community
